Having spent many years as partners of Les Clefs d’Or USA, working with leading hotel brands such as Peninsula, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis and Rosewood to produce The Concierge Magazine, we learned the importance of delivering at the highest standard.
From Beverly Hills to New York, Mexico to Bermuda, we understand the importance of providing compelling content that informs and engages a reader and that it needs to be delivered in the right way. Armed with this knowledge, and building on our already successful relationships with market-leading real estate brands, we were guided by a desire to work with the very best people in the real estate industry. This led us to create our iconic real estate magazine exclusively for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates.
Our desire to produce publications of real substance that are valued by our SIR affiliate partners, their agents and their clients led us to work closely with Wendy Purvey at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty.
As Chief Marketing Officer for the Sotheby's International Realty brand for 12 years, Wendy directed the creation, development, and implementation for all their marketing, digital and print advertising, social media content, and public relations for its network of international franchisees.
She is hugely respected in the industry and has a reputation for being a strategic and performance-focused executive, delivering marketing strategies that help drive new business growth.
During her 12 years as CMO, she was integral in the brand's positioning as the global leader in residential real estate and for the network's rapid growth into 70 countries with nearly 1,000 offices, generating over $100 billion in annual sales volume.
