The main function of this role is to manage client communications and expectations, throughout the production of their custom magazine.


Duties for this role include:


Communicate directly with our international clients (USA & Caribbean) via telephone & Zoom.


Manage production timelines and client expectations


Provide "after-sales care” to achieve client retention and advertiser renewals


This is salary plus commission role. 1% commission is paid on the annual renewals you successfully sign. The earning potential is uncapped so if you have the experience we are looking for and a passion for the role, there is no limit to your earnings.


We mainly work in the US and Caribbean so our shift hours are typically morning, afternoon and evenings so mid-week flexibility is desired.


We are looking for someone that meets the following criteria:

Has a minimum of 2 years relevant customer service experience, with a proven ability to deliver projects in a timely fashion.

Be professional and confident in communicating with business owners and marketing managers.

Be meticulous in your attention to detail and organisational skills.
